Shipping policy:

Orders are usually processed within the next business day. All products are shipped via Federal Express (FedEx). Please note that at this time shojidecor only ships to addresses in the United States. Alaska and Hawaii must be shipped by "FedEx 2nd Day Air."

Return policy:

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return the unused item in its original packaging within 15 days of receipt of your order for a full refund. Shipping & handling charges are not refundable. A 15% restocking fee may apply for large orders or if the returned item is not in its original packaging.
